1Introduction
Welcome to Wilda. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Wilda is a marketplace connecting tourists ("Renters") with licensed Safari Jeep Owners ("Owners").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wilda regarding your use of the website and related services. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
2Terms of Service
2.1 Booking & Payments
All bookings made through Wilda are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers. Renters agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Wilda to charge the agreed amount.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled safari time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a 50% fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, except in cases of proven force majeure.
3User Responsibilities
Users agree to conduct themselves responsibly during safaris. This includes respecting wildlife distances, not feeding animals, and following all instructions provided by the licensed driver. Renters are responsible for their own safety during off-road travel.

5Liability & Disclaimers
Safari tours involve inherent risks associated with wildlife and off-road travel. By booking through Wilda, you acknowledge these risks. Wilda is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour.
6Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a Renter and an Owner, Wilda will provide a mediation channel. Users agree to first attempt to resolve issues through Wilda's support team before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
