How Payments Work

Wilda uses a split payment model. When your booking request is accepted by the jeep owner, you are required to pay a small Service Fee online via our secure Stripe checkout to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance (the actual cost of the safari jeep) is paid directly to the driver in cash on the day of the safari.

We process online service fee payments using standard Credit or Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Refunds & Disputes

If an owner cancels your booking, your service fee is automatically and fully refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If the safari was significantly different than advertised, or the driver did not show up, you can file a dispute from your Renter Dashboard within 3 days of the scheduled safari date. Our support team will investigate and issue necessary refunds.
