Never share payment information or agree to wire money via the messaging system. All service fee payments must happen through the official Wilda checkout flow to be protected by our guarantee.
Wilda sends important emails regarding your booking status, including when a request is accepted, rejected, or canceled. Make sure your email address is up to date in your Profile Settings to ensure you don't miss a trip update!
